Our History
February 1, 2021 the Victoria Parks Coalition, Inc. announced the opening of a new permanent 18-hole championship disc golf course at Patriot Park. This is the second course design for The Fox’s Bend Design Team. The City of Victoria Parks and Recreation Department played a huge role in the creation of the Patriot Park Course by partnering with the Victoria Parks Coalition to accept the course equipment shipment, assembling and prepping all the baskets into buckets, providing heavy equipment and parks crews to complete the installation.

All City of Victoria Parks works, under the direction of City Manager, Jesus Garza. The City of Victoria Parks Department has extended multiple resources on an ongoing basis to support the growth of disc golf in Victoria. Many thanks and much appreciation for all city staff members!
Victoria County has agreed to host our newest 18-hole disc golf course at Patriot Park and provide mowing maintenance for the lifetime of the course. The Victoria Parks Coalition, Inc. secured funds for targets, tee pads and signage for this parks project.
